All of our orders are processed and shipped the next business day  excluding holidays and weekends. Processing time can vary from 1-3 business days during sale/busy or holiday periods. We use Australia Post to ship our products. Once an order is shipped, an email with tracking number is automatically sent. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 per standard order or gifted free when $80 is spent.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate as follows:

New Zealand: $12 AUD

USA: $15 USD

UK: £10

CANADA: $20 AUD

Rest of World : $30 AUD

Our products work so well results will show instantly. However expect to see greater results over a few weeks. Take progress photos as a way to keep track.

Returns

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. If you purchase a product and it not suitable for you please get in contact within 30 days to organise a refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from the amount.

No returns are available for personalised products. Please ensure all spelling is correct, as we cannot be at fault for this issue.
